Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.

  • Edly does not maintain any affiliates with which it shares your information

Nonaffiliates

Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial or nonfinancial companies.

  • Edly will share your information with Banking or Financial Institutions or your school in order to service your account and carry out the services you have requested of Edly.

Joint marketing

A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.

  • Edly shares your information with marketers only for the purpose of marketing Edly’s products to you.

  • Our joint marketing partners include other financial service companies, insurance companies and direct marketing companies or providers of products or services that may be of interest to our customers.

Other important information

For California Customers: We will not share personal information with nonaffiliates either for them to market to you or for joint marketing - without your authorization.

We will also limit our sharing of personal information about you with our affiliates to comply with all California privacy laws that apply to us.

For Massachusetts, Mississippi and New Jersey Customers: We will not share personal information from deposit or share relationships with nonaffiliates either for them to market to you or for joint marketing - without your authorization.
